  3. A deposit is required to confirm your booking (applied to final total)

  4. Final headcount and payment due 5 days before your event

🍽️ Catering Services – $150 Deposit

To lock in your catering with OLD SKOOLZ BBQ, we require a non-refundable $150 deposit. This deposit reserves your date and allows us to begin prepping your custom menu, staffing, and setup needs.

Please Note:
The $150 is a booking deposit only — not the full cost of catering. It will be applied to your final invoice once your menu and guest count are confirmed.

💰 Final Pricing Breakdown:

  • Your total catering cost will depend on:

    • Menu selections (entrees, sides, desserts, etc.)

    • Guest count or tray quantities

    • Service level (pickup, drop-off, buffet setup, full service)

    • Any add-ons (servers, chafing dishes, fruit trays, beverages, etc.)

📌 Additional Booking Policies:

  • Final headcount and full payment are due 5 days before your event

  • Menu customization is available, and we’ll provide a full quote before finalizing

  • All catering orders include disposable serving pans and basic utensils

  • Upgrade options are available for professional presentation and full staffing

🔄 Cancellations & Changes:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to retain eligibility for rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable but transferable within 60 days (based on availability)
