To secure your event date with OLD SKOOLZ BBQ, a non-refundable $150 deposit is required. This deposit guarantees your booking and allows our team to begin planning, prepping, and reserving your spot.
Please note:
The $150 deposit does not cover the full event cost. It will be applied toward your final balance after your custom menu and services are confirmed.
💵 Final Pricing Details:
Final pricing will vary based on:
Your selected menu items
Guest count (estimate is fine)
Any add-ons or upgrades
A final quote will be provided after we review your menu and event needs.
Full payment is due at least 5 days prior to the event date, unless other arrangements are made.
🛑 Important Notes on Vending Events:
If OLD SKOOLZ BBQ is expected to sell plates at your event:
A discount on the booking fee may be applied, as long as no terms or conditions are attached (e.g., no free food requirements, VIP comps, or “food included” packages).
If your event includes expectations such as:
Complimentary food for VIPs or performers
“Food included” for ticket holders or special guests
Then your booking deposit may vary in price to reflect the expected food cost and service commitment. We will discuss this during your event consultation to determine a fair rate.
