As a growing family-run business, we currently max out at 300 guests per booking while we continue to build our staffing team. We’re all about quality and care — and we make sure every plate gets the attention it deserves.

To secure your Corporate Catering booking with OLD SKOOLZ BBQ, we require a $250 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

This deposit serves as a commitment to reserve your event date and guarantee availability, staffing, and prep time for your custom menu. We take pride in delivering top-quality service and fresh food, and this deposit helps us plan ahead to do just that.

Here’s what your deposit covers:

  • Date & staff reservation on our event calendar

  • Menu planning & consultation

  • Coordination for delivery, setup, and/or pickup

  • Initial food and supply prep

🔒 Important Notes:

  • Your deposit is applied toward your final invoice balance.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable once if you need to reschedule with at least 7 days' notice.

  • For bookings over 150 guests, we recommend placing your deposit 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
